- Changes after July 5 will be posted on the AOSFYC Facebook page when possible.
- Performances are weather permitting and may be delayed or cancelled at any time.
- Last minute changes will not be posted here
- Times listed are concert start times
- Line-up times are posted for Choir members on their daily schedules
- Specifics concerning rehearsals will be announced to the Choir each day and not posted online
- There will be full choir, sectional, and other rehearsals
- Free time and breaks will also be scheduled.
- Concerts are of various lengths and may run 15-45 minutes
- Additional rehearsals and performances may be scheduled and are mandatory
- When the Choir serenades on the grounds they perform in a variety of locations in small ensembles
