Congratulations on your acceptance into the All-Ohio State Fair Youth Choir! We are grateful for your desire to dedicate your time and talents to this phenomenal organization and to make music and learn alongside 200 other youth from across the state.
While we are grateful for the Ohio Expositions Commission & State Fair for providing room and board for all of us with no expense to us for the entirety of our time at the Fair, we also recognize that the costs of participation might cause financial burden for some families. The purpose of this form is for families to request special financial arrangements or scholarship consideration. This form is intended for those that would otherwise be unable to participate in the AOSFYC without such consideration. No full scholarships are awarded. A minimum personal contribution of $50 is expected and should be paid now at checkout.
Submission of this form is not a guarantee that the request can be honored. There are several organizations and individuals that have expressed interest in assisting Ohio’s youth in making their membership in the AOSFYC a reality, but it takes some time to coordinate requests with these groups. You will be contacted in a timely manner, depending upon availability of assistance. All requests and arrangements will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
This form should be completed by May 1 for full consideration. Applications received after that date will be considered on a rolling basis.
